Dear ICF Family,
As 2022 draws to a close, and we are getting ready to greet 2023:
We cannot let tough memories of the last 3 years pull us down anymore. It is time to turn our faces to the future and focus on new opportunities ahead of us. 2023 will be the first page of a new chapter for all of us and this chapter will be a good one.
One of the best things we can do is to get out of our zone and connect with people and colleagues from different regions of the World.
The International Camping Congress 2023 in Spain is designed exactly for this.
Between 4 to 8 of October 2023, people from camps, schools, agencies, universities, families, governments will gather together in person, for the first ICC congress in a European Union country, wonderful Spain.
After visiting Spain multiple times in preparation for the Congress, I can say that Europe is a region we thought we knew about, but the camp industry is way bigger than we ever assumed. Besides thousands of camps and millions of kids going to camps, there are operators and agents – each placing tens of thousands of European children to camps all around Europe and in other countries.
The experience and the potential of the European camp industry is unbelievable. I guarantee that everyone attending to ICC 2023 Spain will go back home with lots of inspiration, great ideas and many contacts, very possibly leading to further collaborations or partnerships.
