For 35 years, ICF has served to ‘bring together the world of outdoor experience’ at the level of the experience provider (camps and camp professionals). The ICF Youth Achievement Award reaches beyond camps and camp professionals to work directly in the community at large by bringing partners, families and camps together to serve children and youth. By bringing ‘camp to life’, participants can also develop an awareness of the transferable skills that a camp education experience can provide.

The Youth Achievement Program is a self-directed, incentive program that is designed to engage youth in a broad range of activities associated with camp-like approach and attitude. Because the program is active in both camps and community, it provides a perfect opportunity to increase public awareness of value of camp experiences and promotes the idea of camp education to participants, sponsors, families, partners and polict makers.

Designed for all ages (from 9 years to adult), the program invites participants to chart their own journey and accomplish goals in a self-directed way. Each stage of a journey involves some type of camp experience coupled with other interests and pursuits at home or school. These other pursuits range from physical activity and personal interests to community service and cultural education.

The ICF theme of #ThanksToCamp applies closely to the desired outcomes of the program. Participants learnto to recognize, articulate and transfer skills acquired in a camp setting to their life in the community at large.

The ICF Youth Achievement Award is currently only available in China. Following a suitable launch period, ICF hopes to expand this program to interested camp groups in other countries.

How to Become Involved (Currently in CHINA only):

Participants visit the website or WeChat page for full information on the program.
Participants create an account (or log in to their existing account) to plan their first journey.
Partners and mentors may join ICF to promote the program within their community and support participants.
Camps and camp directors may register their program for inclusion in the camp offerings for participants to choose on the camp portion of their journey

ICF唯一直接面向青少年的激励计划——以营地价值赋能全面发展

35年矢志不渝，国际营地协会（ICF）通过支持营地行业的专业发展，始终致力于以“户外体验将世界连接”。

站在过去近40年工作的基础上，ICF携手全球智囊和专家团队，正式宣布：ICF国际营地协会全人发展奖正式启动。这是一份向世界青少年、青年人以及追求终生成长的伙伴们发出的邀请，ICF将以该奖项联结全球营地与专业人士，搭建多方合作桥梁，和合作伙伴、家庭以及整个泛营地界紧密相连，共同为青少年和青年人的成长提供奖项激励。

该奖项秉持“以营地力量赋能青少年全面发展”的理念和方法论，参与者不仅能收获营地教育的独特体验，更能深刻领悟并将所学的技能转化应用到生活的各个方面。

ICF全人发展奖是一项激励性的成长计划，旨在引领和激发青少年和青年人，在丰富多彩的活动中探索与体会营会的精神与理念。该成长计划关联营地和日常生活的社区，同时作为向公众展示营地教育价值的一扇沟通之窗，参与到此计划中的参与者、合作伙伴、家庭等将会持续了解与认同营地文化和营地教育的重要价值。

该计划面向广泛的年龄层（从六岁儿童到成年人），参与者加入该计划，开始独特的自我探索之旅。探索的背后蕴含着营地教育所倡导的技能和素养，同时我们也鼓励参与者在家庭、学校等各种成长的社区，持续追求个体成长与发展。我们鼓励参与者在体育运动到兴趣爱好，从社区服务到文化教育各领域积极探索。ICF全人发展奖不仅是一次个人的发展探索，更是个体自我心灵的觉醒，它引领着每一位参与者在营地价值下寻找并不断强大自我。

ICF通过“#感谢营会”这一活动，已搜集到来自全球各地青少年和成年人的成长宣言。透过这些宣言，我们看到ICF全人发展奖蕴藏的巨大动力和能量：越来越多人正深刻认识到，并清晰得表达出，他们在营地经历中所获得的能力，同时，他们将这些能力转化迁移，应用在更广阔的生活中。

接下来，ICF全人发展奖首先在中国启动开展。在中国市场的领航下，我们怀抱远大愿景：将全人发展奖带到更多国家与地区，与全球的营地团体共享发展力量。
