The public examination of the activities of the Northern Artek Central Educational Center’s children’s recreation organizations was recognized as the best of the 34 participating regions.
They are a regional center working to create a system of children’s recreation in the Arkhangelsk region. They carry out several activities, including a day camp for children, stationary activities, and tent camping. The Center’s staff actively interacts with the best representatives of children’s recreation and health organizations, learning and sharing their experience, – Natalia Tsyvareva, director of the Severny Artek Children’s Recreation Center, announced in a report commemorating the organization’s tenth anniversary.
According to the director, plans for future development have already been laid out: the infrastructure of the children’s country camp “Severny Artek” is being modernized, allowing for the organization of summer vacations for 500 children per shift and 350 year-round. Conditions for recreation and health improvement of children with disabilities and children with disabilities are being created. The variety of recreation programs offered by the institution is growing.
The founder and partners came to congratulate the staff of the “Northern Artek” Children’s Recreation Center, who wished the organization well and success in its work. Igor Skubenko, the Arkhangelsk region’s Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Development, emphasized that the institution has serious prospects for further development, and that it is necessary not to stop there, but to jointly implement the goals set. The Ministry of Education honored the staff of the Children’s Recreation Center “Severny Artek” for their accomplishments.
The vocal studios “Milara” and “Territory of Stars” performed beautiful songs for the event’s guests. Natalia Tsyvareva, Director of the Children’s Recreation Center “Northern Artek,” thanked the organization’s partners and staff for their fruitful collaboration.
