The National Association of Summer Camps in Spain (ANEACAMP) held their annual meeting in January in Madrid. It was followed by a conference for Spanish camp professionals. Approximately 70 of ANEACAMP’s member camps attended the meeting.

More than 100 representatives of the top Spanish leisure and free-time businesses gathered in Madrid on January 27, 2023, with the dual goals of building new and stronger collaboration relations and continuing to build a unified front for the sector’s recovery.

ANEACAMP invited its members, sponsors, suppliers, and businesses in the sector to this event on January 27 that not only celebrated the complex but evident recovery of the sector but also provided a space for networking, marketing, and collaboration. This event coincided with the General Meeting of the Association the day before.

The day’s events included a roundtable discussion with general directors of youth organizations from several autonomous communities, a TED Talk by lvaro Merino on talent recruitment, a forum for debate and exchange between professionals in the camp sector dealing with the issues that most affect them and a space for top-level suppliers specialized in the sector in which they offered their promotions for 2023.

The ICC 2023 Organizing Committee President, Carolina Fleix Wright, was present on both days to extend an invitation to all attendees.

We hope to them all in Tarragona this October!
